First sod turned: Yamanto Central underway

It’s the benchmark town centre project set to bring new energy to the retail offering in the Ipswich-Brisbane corridor. The first sod was turned at Yamanto Central in November and the Mainbrace team is thrilled to be there.

As Principal Contractor for this $80 million project, Mainbrace is responsible for delivering the new town centre-style shopping precinct to be anchored by Coles supermarket and Kmart, with approximately 50 specialty stores, over 20,000sqm.

We’ve lived and breathed Yamanto Central for several years, having worked side-by-side with owner and manager JMK Retail, development manager DMA Partners and the design team in an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) capacity.
