Refurbishment of the existing Ritchies IGA Supermarket in the Port Central Shopping Centre. Works involve all new prep areas, deli, bakery, fish department and a Lenards franchise. All refrigeration cases are replaced and entire trading floor re-vinyled. Liquor is modified to suit the new checkout and entry configuration.
