This 15,815m² warehouse is our second project for Frasers Property Industrial, and our second in The YARDS Industrial Estate – and we’re proud to say it was delivered seamlessly and ahead of time. The project commenced in mid-September 2024 and had the structure up, roof on and wall cladding complete by the Christmas shutdown.
Every milestone was completed, from slab pours and curing, through to early racking access and final fitout. The two-storey office, with its detailed finishes and long-lead curtain wall, was the final piece, ready on time for handover.
