Refurbished and refreshed: Coles Norwest

The Supermarket Refurbishments team in NSW has had a particularly busy year in 2019. Most recently, Manager Aidan Watson and the team successfully delivered the complete refurbishment of Coles Norwest in Sydney on schedule.

The new Coles Norwest project provides a significantly enhanced experience to customers. The four-month refurbishment included a structural upgrade to the entire ceiling, a relocated freezer aisle, upgraded bakery, new online room, deli and seafood area, as well as a new dairy aisle.

Working to a program structured and carried out with minimal disruption to trade, enabling the supermarket to maintain strong sales throughout the works is what these projects are all about.
