Aldi opens new store in Tweed Heads

In October 2018, Mainbrace was engaged by Elanor Property Fund under an ECI contract to complete the replacement of the previous tenant, Lincraft with a complete supermarket conversion and retail fit out works.

The new anchor tenant is ALDI with the new supermarket forming part of an ongoing strategy to transform the retail offering and positioning of Tweed Mall as the region’s Centre for convenience shopping.
