A decade of growth, a future of opportunity
In 2015, we took our first steps in Victoria, setting up in a modest 180m² office in Hawthorn with just 15 people. Fast forward to today, and our team has grown to 62, operating from our Cremorne office and delivering projects across the state. From those early days, supermarket refurbishments formed the backbone of our work, with Coles and Woolworths trusting us to enhance their retail spaces. Our early success with projects like Costco Moorabbin set the stage for larger, more complex retail construction builds, culminating in the completion of Costco Ardeer.
As our team has expanded, so too has our capability. We’ve grown our Small Works offering, taking on more projects at once and helping clients navigate their most challenging builds. At the same time, we’ve increased our presence in large-scale projects like town centres, distribution hubs, and major refurbishments, bringing a wealth of experience in design management, early value engineering, and HSEQ oversight. We’ve also deepened our subcontractor network, ensuring we engage the right people for the right projects.
Looking ahead to 2025 and beyond, our focus is clear. We’re targeting more large-scale town centre projects, expanding our footprint in logistics, and continuing our expertise in shopping centre renewals and supermarkets.
