Our site teams are the backbone of Mainbrace. Their expertise and passion in delivering our projects is second to none.
We are fortunate to have six of the very best Senior Site Managers leading the way. They’re an inspiration to the teams they lead and to the wider Mainbrace family.
In NSW, Chris Walsh and Matt Hayes have been with Mainbrace for 29 and 25 years respectively. Paul Hudson has recently celebrated 14 years and Paul Lynch 13 years. In QLD Richard Hardy and Brad Young have been with us 16 years and 10 years respectively.
Our culture is what sets us apart, and we are very proud of it. It is one of teamwork, collaboration, integrity and fun. We love what we do, and it shows.
These six men have fostered and lead this culture on site for almost 30 years. We thank them and are very proud of their success.
