Coles Altona Meadows

A perfect performance

Mainbrace Constructions is so proud of our Team’s outstanding achievement of a 100% score in safety audits throughout the entire Coles Altona Meadows project. This remarkable accomplishment illustrates their unwavering commitment to safety.

The 37-week project, which spanned from September 11, 2023, to April 24, 2024, involved a comprehensive refurbishment of the Coles store at Altona Meadows. Led by Project Manager Tom Crompton, with the support of Contract Administrators Lee Yunkin and Josh Petering, and Site Managers Mitch Watt and Marc McKenna, our team worked tirelessly to ensure the highest standards of safety were maintained from start to finish.

Achieving a perfect safety record is no small feat, particularly given the complexity of the project. Our team successfully navigated numerous structural amendments to the plant room and executed various tasks in a live environment.

Tom Crompton, Project Manager, expressed his pride in the team’s dedication to safety:

Our top priority has always been the well-being of our workers and the public. Achieving a 100% safety audit score is a testament to the high standards we hold at Mainbrace and the teamwork displayed by everyone involved.

Contract Administrator Lee Yunkin added:

This achievement reflects our strong safety culture and the proactive measures we take to mitigate risks on-site. It’s a collective effort, and I’m proud of the commitment shown by our entire team.

At Mainbrace Constructions, we believe that a safe work environment is the foundation of a successful retail construction project. The safety audit scores at Coles Altona Meadows shows our dedication to maintaining the highest safety standards while delivering all our projects.
