From greenfield to retail centre, Warragul is underway
We’re excited to be underway on a new retail centre for Coles Group Property Developments in Warragul North. It’s a greenfield site of 1.67 hectares in one of regional Victoria’s fastest-growing corridors.
The Centre will deliver a full-line Coles supermarket, Liquorland, and specialty retail tenancies, along with on-grade parking, shade structures and dedicated drive-through Click & Collect.
Construction started in early 2026 with civil and in-ground services works, and the programme is deliberately sequenced to get the building watertight ahead of winter, moving through slab pours, precast panel installation, structural steel, and Kingspan roofing over the coming months.
What makes this project particularly rewarding at this early stage is the strong working relationship we have developed with our client, Coles, the superintendent and the wider consultant group. This kind of collaboration makes for a very energised and dynamic environment.
It’s early in the build and the project is tracking well. We’re looking forward to sharing more updates as the structure takes shape.
