Collaborating for change: Constructathon 2019

The first ever Constructathon event was held recently in Sydney at the Google head office. Mainbrace Head of Systems and Innovation Angus Greenwood was one of over 200+ industry representatives who came together to tackle three of the big issues in construction: safety, mental health and technology.

There was a practical focus to the event and a team challenge offering the chance for people to collaborate across the industry and generate change for good. Well done Angus and Team Pink for coming second and winning a 6-week incubator opportunity to develop the team’s collective idea around mental health in construction. We’ll be keeping our eyes open for more Constructathon events.
