Costco Ardeer Project Completion

Costco Ardeer is more than just our second Costco warehouse in Victoria – it’s a game-changer for the region. Home to the largest fuel station in Melbourne’s West, this project reinforces both our long-standing partnership with Costco and our expertise in delivering high-quality retail developments.

Construction on the expansive 16,653m² warehouse and fuel station commenced in early 2024, with a major roadworks package on Ballarat Road forming a key part of the delivery. To fast-track the opening, works were carried out day and night, with the team’s dedication ensuring the fuel station opened ahead of schedule on Wednesday, the 5th of March.

This achievement is a testament to the collaborative approach between Mainbrace and Costco. Led by Project Manager Umran Ustalar, the team is looking forward to celebrating the official Grand Opening on the 9^th of April, witnessing firsthand the impact of this milestone project for the community.
