Diggers Rest Village Centre

Construction is underway on the $33 million Diggers Rest shopping centre, anchored by Coles and Liquorland alongside 20 specialty tenancies. 

The project was secured through an Early Contractor Involvement process, allowing the design to be tested against real market costs and construction requirements before works commenced. The construction contract was subsequently executed at the same value as the original approved cost plan.  

With works now well underway, with the project tracking well within program and on budget.
