Duncan McAndrew

Duncan McAndrew this year marks 15 years as part of the Mainbrace team. The fact our Queensland business is thriving at such a challenging time for the retail construction industry speak volumes for Duncan’s leadership by example, the great team he’s built, and the enormous workload the team gets through under his guidance.

In Queensland, he’s been there from the start. About 13 years ago, Mainbrace decided to set up a permanent office in the state and Duncan was quick to put his hand up. Moving from Estimating Manager to QLD State Manager and a few different office spaces later, Duncan has embraced the lifestyle to calmly steer the ship through the industry’s various ups and downs.

Involved in all aspects of our projects, and never unwilling to get his hands dirty, Duncan has also shown a natural talent for speaking duties, whether it be hosting our Property Council of Australia Retail partner events or as the MC of our annual dinners. He’s a true all-rounder we’re proud, and privileged, to have as part of the team.
