Duncan McAndrew

Duncan has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, spanning most sectors and including projects up to $75M in value. He has extensive knowledge of our core retail sector.

Duncan originally joined the NSW Mainbrace team as a Senior Estimator in late 2004, quickly becoming QLD Chief Estimator. In 2010, he relocated to Brisbane to help establish the Queensland state office. His exceptional leadership skills, industry knowledge, and keen understanding of our clients’ needs made him an obvious choice. Duncan ensured that our existing company DNA remained entrenched in the company culture as we grew.

As the leader of the Queensland team, Duncan sets the standards of how Mainbrace operates in its day-to-day operations. He inspires the team to live our company values every day.

A versatile and experienced manager with sound technical knowledge, Duncan provides support across all the projects undertaken by the Queensland office and is always available to the project teams and clients.
