Exciting milestone with Coles open
We’re thrilled to announce that in the coming weeks, Coles along with the Harpley Town Centre tenancies will open their doors to the public, with works continuing for the rest of the centre until later this year. It marks a significant milestone in the development of Harpley, a new master-planned community situated approximately 35km southwest of Melbourne’s CBD in a key growth corridor.
Harpley Town Centre is the largest project undertaken by our VIC Construction team to date and is our first project for client, Eildon Capital Group. This new neighbourhood precinct, anchored by a Coles supermarket, promises to become a vibrant hub for the residents of Harpley and the wider Werribee area and we are proud to be delivering it.
Mainbrace was awarded the Design and Construct tender in late 2022, and our team immediately commenced detailed design work. Under the leadership of our Construction Manager, Paul Badikovich, we have been on site since early 2023, laying the groundwork for what will soon become a bustling community centre.
Our team’s extensive retail construction experience delivering new-build neighbourhood shopping centre projects has been instrumental in the successful progress of Harpley Town Centre.
