Harpley Town Centre
Approximately 35km southwest of Melbourne CBD in a key growth corridor, Harpley is a new master-planned community currently being developed.
Servicing the residents of the new area will be Harpley Town Centre, developed by our client Eildon Capital Group which will consist of a Coles-anchored neighbourhood precinct and delivered by Mainbrace in a contract valued at approximately c.$50M.
An exciting new project for our sustainable builder
Retail construction company Mainbrace has been awarded the Design and Construct tender to deliver the new neighbourhood centre at Harpley in late 2022. Detailed design work commenced immediately. At the time, we were already on site in the community, undertaking preliminary works on parts of the development site that will eventually accommodate a new medical centre and service station.
Under the experienced guidance of our Construction Manager, Paul Badikovich, Mainbrace will collaborate closely with Artro Management (Client Side Project Manager) as works are due to commence in early 2023 with a projected construction program of 48 weeks.
A new purpose-built town centre
The plans for Harpley Town Centre include:
- A new Coles supermarket of approximately 4,500sqm
- A Dan Murphy’s outlet
- Approximately 12 specialty stores including a pharmacy
- Community amenities including a gym
- Vibrant restaurants and cafes.
The project also includes a substantial on-grade car park to enable easy access to the Town Centre for Harpley residents and visitors.
