A new neighbourhood retail centre for Brisbane
HomeCo Richlands is taking shape as a new neighbourhood retail centre in one of Brisbane’s fastest-growing suburbs. The Centre will include a full-line Coles, Liquorland, and 19 specialty stores.
The project recently hit a significant structural milestone. All tilt panels are up, structural steel is complete, and the roofs to Coles and most tenancies are laid. Inside the Coles, slabs are being poured, high-level services and Section J walls kicked off in late April, and the mechanical and refrigeration plant has been craned into position. Next up, Coles slabs will be finished and internal fitout can begin.
Our team’s retail expertise is key in keeping the design responsive to incoming tenants while maintaining programme, facilitating close coordination across client, tenants, subcontractors, and consultants alike.
When complete, the Centre will be a convenient, well-connected retail destination for the growing Richlands community.
