James Wootton
Journey to Project Manager
We’re excited to introduce James Wootton, one of Mainbrace’s rising stars, who has recently been promoted to Project Manager. James has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and has played a key role in the success of many of our recent projects.
James’ journey at Mainbrace began through our Graduate Program, where his strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and passion for construction were quickly noticed. After graduating, he became a Contract Administrator, taking on a range of retail projects where his hands-on approach ensured that timelines, budgets, and client expectations were always exceeded.
One of the highlights of his career was leading the McDonald’s Burpengary project, where his attention to detail, team leadership, and commitment to safety earned him high praise from both our client and his colleagues. It’s this client-first mentality that makes James an invaluable asset, ensuring that his projects are delivered with the same level of care and precision that Mainbrace is known for.
In recognition of his efforts, James was named Queensland’s Employee of the Year earlier this year—a testament to the respect he’s earned from his peers. Now, as a Project Manager, he brings his expertise, leadership, and dedication to delivering value, on time and on budget.
We are confident that James’ leadership will continue to drive outstanding results for our clients. Congratulations to James on his well-deserved promotion.
