Beginning his journey at Mainbrace with our Construction Cadetship program while completing his Construction degree, James quickly proved himself as an invaluable asset to our team.
Graduating the program as a Contract Administrator, James gained hands-on experience across a diverse range of retail projects. His enthusiasm and drive propelled him into his current role as Project Supervisor, where he continues to excel.
Diligent and meticulous, James ensures that every project under his supervision meets Mainbrace’s standards of safety and excellence. His leadership skills were showcased brilliantly during the completion of the McDonald’s Burpengary project, where he led his team with confidence and finesse.
James’s dedication to delivering exceptional results has earned him praise from both clients and colleagues alike.
