Mainbrace + NAWIC

Yesterday, Mainbrace hosted a NAWIC – National Association of Women in Construction (Australia National) NSW Personal Development Workshop at our Head Office in Sydney. A special thank you to Emily Carneiro, one of our Project Supervisors, who is also a NAWIC member and helped organise the event.

The ‘Building My Career’ workshop was the first instalment in a four-part series looking to help NAWIC members get the most out of their personal and career development.

NAWIC provides a forum for its members to meet and exchange information, ideas and solutions. Their mission is to be the advocate for positive change for women in the construction industry. It’s a mission that Mainbrace is passionate about, along with providing our employees with meaningful careers and development opportunities. Our aim is to ensure our staff have career pathways that are clear, visible and talked about regularly in order to help them carve out careers which support their goals and aspirations.
