Meet Carolyn Cavanough, our new National Human Resources Manager.

Carolyn brings to Mainbrace over 16 years of HR and business management experience within the construction and consulting industries.

Carolyn enjoys helping to bring out the best in people – challenging them to continue to learn, strive for excellence, enhance their capability and progress their careers. She’s passionate about culture & engagement (which go hand in hand) and has a strong belief in the importance of aligning overall business strategy to specific people plans, strategies & objectives.
