NEW DAVID JONES DESIGNER ACCESSORIES & LUXURY BEAUTY LEVEL OPENS
Mainbrace is proud to be delivering the new David Jones store on Elizabeth Street and the creation of a new Sydney CBD retail icon is progressing to schedule.
Everything is on track and is full steam ahead for the site team. This month, the ground designer accessories and luxury beauty level of the store will be complete, following on from our recent completion of stage 2 of the project.
A redevelopment of this scale, involving multiple heritage elements and structural challenges, depends on an immense amount of collaboration and effort from all parties.
Stage 2 saw the successful delivery of levels 1 to 8, unveiling a range of luxury brands, exclusive labels, beauty and accessories offers, and other fantastic retailers to shoppers.
Stage 3 is progressing well and will be complete next year, opening a new grand food hall, small appliances retailers, and a new basement level with homewares.
When all is said and done, come April 2020, the Mainbrace team will always be able to fondly remember working on a project which re-defined the 21st century department store experience.
