NSW Employee of the Year
Hannah Cotterell
Behind every well-run project is someone making sure the details are right. Hannah Cotterell is that person.
Recognised as NSW Employee of the Year at the Annual Awards Dinner, Hannah works in contract administration. A role that has a sometimes quiet but always significant effect on how projects are delivered. Strong contract administration means risks are identified early, documentation is clean, and the information needed to make good decisions is always where it should be. On a live project, that clarity matters more than most people realise.
Hannah is known for bringing order to complexity. Her understanding of systems and processes means that from day one, the administrative backbone of a project is in place, reducing the likelihood of avoidable issues and keeping delivery on a steady course.
What sets her apart further is how she invests in others. As a trainer in the Cadet Program and a mentor to Contract Administrators across the business, Hannah is actively shaping the next generation of people who will manage contracts on Mainbrace projects. The standard she holds herself to, she passes on.
