Daniel Saggus
Senior Estimator in the Sydney retail construction team Dan Saggus is a very worthy winner. One of our Graduate Program success stories, Dan joined Mainbrace in October 2011 and has mapped out an admirable retail construction career since, progressing from Undergraduate to Contract Administrator, Project Supervisor, and then estimator, before advancing to his current role in August 2020.
Over the years, he’s had a hand in some of our most significant and successful award-winning retail construction projects, from the refurbishment of Bateau Bay Square to the $22 million Gregory Hills Retail Development – the first high-value tender he was responsible for winning – through to Bankstown Central (at $36.8 million, another high-value tender he won) and the third stage of Oran Park.
In addition to being a great team player, Dan makes a huge contribution to our performance. He’s successfully won over 40 projects valued at over $275 million and tendered over $900 million worth of retail construction work with us.
