Building on our success

2024 has begun with a burst of activity as we’ve initiated and completed several projects.

Progress is well underway on three new logistics endeavours, collectively covering 35,000m2 of warehouse space. This expansion solidifies our growing presence within this sector.

Building on our success with the Ampol Pheasants Nest project, we’re thrilled to undertake the design and construction of the new twin service centres at Eastern Creek. This project will be executed across numerous stages and boasts a footprint exceeding 50,000m2.

Our Heinemann Duty Free T2 & T3 project, is nearing completion. Spanning across both domestic terminals, this upscale retail precinct covers a total area of 2,500 square metres, showcasing fashion, watches, perfumes, accessories, and more from brands such as Gucci, Dior, and Chanel. We’re proud of the progress achieved so far and look forward to unveiling this exceptional retail experience to travellers.

Additionally, this quarter has seen the successful delivery of over 14 projects, including Coles Surry Hills, Coles North Sydney, Woolworths Narellan, HomeCo Glenmore Park, The Mill Alexandria, Goodman Moorebank, and Erina Target Backfill.
