NSW State Update

The last quarter of the financial year has been remarkably busy for our NSW team, marked by the commencement and completion of several large-scale projects and the initiation of our business planning cycle.

We’re excited to be working with Stockland Group on the design and construction of Gables neighbourhood activity centre. This vibrant hub will feature a major supermarket, a variety of specialty shops, and two significant anchor stores.

In addition, work has commenced on Ampol Eastern Creek. This project involves the construction of new twin centres on the M4. Careful planning & multiple stages will ensure continuous trading throughout the construction phase, minimising disruption to businesses and customers.

The second stage of the Emerald Hills Shopping Village is also underway, enhancing both the aesthetic and functional aspects of the area to provide a superior shopping experience.

We recently completed phase one of the Warrawong Plaza project, delivering a new Woolworths and Ecomm facility, reconfigured tenancies, and upgraded mall finishes for Elanor Investors Group. This project builds on expertise in transforming existing retail spaces to meet modern standards and consumer expectations.

The first stage of the King Street Wharf upgrade is also complete. This project involved the installation of new glazed awnings and significant upgrades to the landscape and streetscape areas. Two more stages follow to reinvigorate the whole precinct.
