Major wins, new projects & a growing team in 2025
As we step into 2025, Mainbrace Constructions continues to build momentum with new projects, strong industry partnerships, and a growing team.
Major Project Secured: Sydney Airport Terminal 2
We’re proud to have been awarded the Terminal 2 Security and Check-in Redevelopment project at Sydney Domestic Airport. This multi-stage, two-year project will upgrade security infrastructure and reconfigure the check-in area, enhancing passenger experience and operational efficiency. We are excited to get started.
New Projects
A strong pipeline of work is kicking off right now, including a number of regional projects:
Coles Boorooma – A modern retail development to support the growing community.
Woolworths Austral – A state-of-the-art supermarket for the expanding Austral region.
Caringbah Childcare – A childcare facility within the HomeCo precinct.
Harvey Norman Bathurst – A new retail addition to Harvey Norman’s regional presence.
Bankstown Hangar (for Aeria) – A specialised aviation infrastructure project.
Small Works Division Continues to Deliver
Our Small Works team remains a powerhouse, kicking off 11 projects with clients including Coles, Woolworths, Stockland, Sephora, Scentre Group, and Haben. Our Small Works team loves delivering high-quality outcomes across diverse ranges of projects.
Current Project Updates
Mainbrace NSW has many current projects under construction. A few highlights include:
The Gables – Progressing well on both the retail construction shopping centre development and childcare components.
Ampol Eastern Creek – a complex, multi staged re-development – on program and looking great.
Lot 8, The Yards Kemp Creek (Frasers and Barings) – Internal slabs are complete, and the fit-out phase is underway of the industrial build.
Growing the Team
To support our ongoing success, we’ve welcomed several new team members, including four cadets. Their fresh perspectives and energy add to the strength of the Mainbrace team.
