Oran Park is Underway in NSW

Mainbrace was appointed the ECI phase of Oran Park’s latest $100m expansion of the Podium Shopping Centre. We have taken the project through to construction, which started in early June.
Residents and the surrounding community can look forward to a brand-new Coles supermarket, a large childcare centre and many new and exciting boutique retailers all located right in the heart of town.
Local foodies have plenty to look forward to, with a new and improved Podium Way offering a unique and convenient outdoor dining experience. An additional food court featuring much-loved favourites is being built alongside a new outdoor park, continuing Oran Park’s tradition of integrating nature and parkland into communal spaces.
Once completed, the new development will more than double in size of the existing Centre. The expansion will link to the existing Podium shopping centre, which is already home to a Woolworths supermarket, a host of retail shops, banks and multiple medical service providers.
