Pallara Shopping Village

We are proud to announce the successful completion of Pallara Shopping Village, a vibrant new retail development for BluePoint. After a successful two-year journey  via an ECI agreement, the new retail neighbourhood centre, anchored by Coles and 22 specialty stores, officially opened four weeks ahead of schedule.

Located in one of Brisbane’s fastest-growing regions, Pallara Shopping Village spans 8,841sqm and has quickly become the heart of the local community. The retail construction development’s success highlights the strength of the ECI approach, where collaboration, transparency, and teamwork drive exceptional results. Thanks to our pre-construction efforts, we were able to optimise design, adding 65sqm in gross lettable area, 70sqm of outdoor dining space, and eight additional customer carpark spaces – all contributing to the project’s long-term success.

We are incredibly proud of the work completed and the positive feedback. This project stands as a benchmark for future developments, and what’s possible with our ECI approach.
