Pallara Shopping Village

Soon to become the heart of the local community

At Pallara in Brisbane’s thriving outer south, we’re making significant strides toward completing the new retail construction of Pallara Shopping Village for Bluepoint Property. Anchored by a Coles supermarket and boasting 22 specialty stores this vibrant 8,841sqm neighbourhood hub will soon become the heart of the local community. We’re targeting completion in the first half of 2025 for our valued client, Bluepoint Property.

Our involvement began thanks to an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) agreement that allowed our pre-construction team to dive deep into our efficiency data. Saving cost during ECI is one focus, increasing potential income is another. Alongside managing risk, these two items might make or break a project. At Pallara we optimised design with a net gain of 65sqm in gross lettable area and an additional 70sqm of outdoor dining space, enhancing the project’s potential. Even the customer carpark got an upgrade, with eight extra spaces added to improve convenience.

As for on-site progress, we’re four weeks ahead of schedule and tracking toward a smooth handover. Both buildings have their roofs completed, and the Coles fitout is advancing rapidly, with all mechanical systems installed, services underway, and wall framing nearing completion.

Notably, permanent power has been connected, and external road upgrades are finished ahead of time, positioning us for a seamless transition into the final stages. With Coles, Liquorland, and 21 additional tenancies set for staggered handovers, we’re excited to bringing this one home.
