Paul Badikovich

Paul’s experience in the construction industry spans over 20 years. Paul commenced his career as a trainee Site Engineer working on technically detailed concrete structures, completing both formwork and concreting trade works. Paul gained invaluable early exposure to the construction industry, setting a strong foundation for future growth and development.

Paul joined Mainbrace Constructions and quickly progressing to supervising his own projects early on in his career. Since then he has developed into a highly regarded Project Manager, then Senior Project Manager and now Construction Manager, after repeatedly delivering a number of challenging and complex projects, with a high degree of quality and on time.

During Paul’s time with Mainbrace he has clearly demonstrated his professionalism and earned the respect of his team members, subcontractors and clients on all projects under his supervision.
