PCA and Queensland

We were proud to attend the PCA Retail Outlook in QLD this morning as the Property Council of Australia Retail Partner.

Keynote speaker, Ian Shimmin spoke about the trends we may see resulting from the pandemic as well as economic drivers that will no doubt affect retail markets locally, nationally and internationally.

John Nicolas then moderated a discussion with panellists Ian Shimmin, Leah Mienert, Natalie Myatt and Karyn O’Brien as they discussed their thoughts and insights on the holy grail of retail – the customer experience.
