What a wonderful afternoon at the PCA’s Retail Outlook in VIC.

We are proud to be continuing our relationship with the PCA as their Retail Partner in VIC, QLD and NSW.

Thank you to Danni Hunter who did a great job as emcee. And to the keynote speaker Ben Smith, and panelists Megan French-Wright, Vivek Subramanian, Arabella Richards and Andrew Lowcock. The future of retail is always an interesting and highly debated topic. The discussions today about emerging growth sectors, market opportunities in 2022 and the importance of offering the consumer a personalized, enhanced experience in store were motivating and insightful.
