Project Completion | Neeta Childcare Centre

As part of the newly developed Fairfield Central Shopping Centre project for client, Elanor Retail Property Fund, we have just delivered the brand new Childcare facility portion for incoming tenant Oz Education.
The project team converted the old Shopping Centre carpark into an indoor/outdoor top of the line childcare facility. The works included major structural demolition and rebuild of the existing structure, in addition to a major structural upgrade to the façade all with the added complexity of a full commercial style kitchen. A fully functional reception/drop off area with a display fish tank tops the project off!
The Childcare centre has accommodation for over 100 children and indoor areas totalling 6 class rooms, state of the art amenities and 3 separate outdoor play areas including sand pits and major soft-fall play areas.
The dedicated parking zones and easy access to the main Shopping Centre provided for with the works have made this project a valuable asset to the community of Fairfield.
