One of our largest and most complex store renewals undertaken by our VIC Small Works team is now complete. Delivered within a live retail environment, the project combined significant structural, services and trading floor upgrades while maintaining operational continuity. A standout achievement was the team undergoing eight external Coles safety audits throughout the works and achieving a perfect 100% score in every one.
