Coles refurbishment consisting of replacing Coles Liquor with new frozen area, vinyl replacement to approximately 50% of the store, misc. painting/renewal, front end changeover, bulkhead strengthening, bakery extension and meat/seafood/deli refurbishment.
Liquorland fit out also undertaken under this contract – to be completed prior to the commencement of the Coles Liquor works.
