Alongside building a brand-new Coles Local supermarket, our QLD retail construction team delivered a partial redevelopment of the busy Milton Village neighbourhood centre, creating a more accessible, and enjoyable experience for shoppers.
The project was awarded under an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) contract. From the start we helped shape design, planned staging, and solved complex logistics to ensure construction could proceed safely in a live environment. Using our retail expertise, we were able to successfully minimise disruption to tenants and kept public safety front of mind at every stage.
