The Coomera East Village project was the Design and Construct of a new 3200m2 Woolworths warm shell fit-out with an additional five specialty tenancies. The structure included a suspended post-tension slab, tilt panel external walls, steel frame & metal sheet roof. Also included in the project was an undercroft carpark with lift and travelators access.
