Emerald Hills Shopping Village stage 2 was procured under an ECI agreement, we leveraged all our knowledge from the initial retail construction build we completed in 2018. The team extended the shopping centre with three additional buildings, creating space for 18 new tenancies, including large format retail, food & beverage options, specialty shops, storage rooms and loading docks to service them along with an on-grade carpark and landscaping.
