The Gregory Hills Town Centre project was awarded the MBA Retail Building – New Building award at the 2019 MBA Award night.
The 7500sqm Centre features a Woolworths Supermarket, BWS and Medical Centre as well as 19 specialty tenancies, 1 kiosk and a 450-space car park with some charging stations for electric vehicles.
The Centre needed to provide a point of difference in the area, for shoppers & diners. The level of finishes create a sense of opulence and include high level multi raked ceilings with inset battens that are lit with natural light through the clerestory windows.
