The project involves the design and construction of a Woolworths Supermarket including a plant mezzanine, specialty retail space, amenities, centre manager’s office, loading docks, external works including civil and landscaping works, construction of new access roads, car parking, lighting, signage, and all associated road and infrastructure required to service the development.
