Delivered for Frasers Property Industrial and Aware Real Estate at The YARDS, Kemps Creek, this cutting-edge facility was constructed for Probiotec Limited, a leading pharmaceutical distributor and manufacturer. It also includes 900sqm of office space and an additional 218sqm for operational offices and plant areas.
