The Pines Elanora project, our largest ever project undertaken in Queensland included the demolition of the existing northern half of centre (including existing Woolworths tenancy). We then constructed a new Woolworths and Aldi tenancy with suspended roof top car park and associated travelator and lift access. Specifics for the Woolworths and ALDI tenancies included; warm shell fit-out for new 4,200 Woolworths tenancy and a cold shell fitout for ALDI tenancy. We also completed the construction of approximately 20 new specialty tenancies as well as completing Mall finishes within the existing structure. External facade works included paint and minor rejuvination works.
