Our NSW Small Works team delivered an exciting Industrial build inside Toll Group’s world-class retail distribution and fulfilment centre at Kemps Creek.
The centre includes a 2000m ² temperature-controlled work environment, fitted out with A/C, sprinklers, lighting, offices and amenities, all hanging off a portal frame built inside the existing warehouse. Alongside that, a 1,800m² temperature-controlled storage zone with full-height racking, MHE charging zones, in-rack sprinklers, dangerous goods storage, dock shelters and roller shutters.
