Construction Manager Luke Swift demonstrates our core values day in and day out. Part of the team since 2018, his fingerprints are all over some of our most successful recent projects.

Luke’s leadership on the Bunnings Hervey Bay project was critical to its success. His communication skills ensured that open and honest communication with the clients and relevant authorities was maintained throughout the duration of the program, enabling the new warehouse to be delivered concurrently with a significant external roadworks program, and with fit-out and client activities able to be streamlined, sequenced and incorporated within the overall construction phase.

Reliable, knowledgeable, and resilient in the smooth delivery of complex and challenging projects, Luke draws on more than 20 years of retail construction experience to lead by example. Those working with Luke feed off his energy and drive, and we’re grateful he’s on our team.
