QLD Employee of the Year

At our recent annual dinner, we proudly named Andrew as QLD Employee of the Year – a recognition that reflects his dedication, expertise, and the immense respect he’s earned across the team.

For the past thirteen years, Andrew has been an integral part of Mainbrace, playing a key role in some of our largest and most complex projects in Queensland, including Casuarina Square, Coles Yarrabilba, Yamanto Central, Coles Rochedale, Kenmore Village, and Coles Milton Village. His steady hand and meticulous approach have assisted in the successful delivery of these major projects, strengthening relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors along the way.

Beyond his project contributions, Andrew’s impact on the team is immeasurable. He is a generous mentor, always willing to share his knowledge, guide younger team members, and offer support, even on projects he’s not directly involved in. His calm and measured approach brings a sense of stability to even the most challenging situations, making him a trusted and valued presence in the business.

Andrew’s leadership, teamwork, and unwavering commitment to excellence sets a high bar for all of us – we’re lucky to have him on the team, shaping the next generation of Contract Administrators.
