Construction pricing doesn’t stand still. Market conditions shift, subcontractor availability changes and the numbers behind a project move with them
With decades of experience in construction and several years leading estimating in Queensland, Paul has seen market conditions, pricing and project requirements change considerably.
A big part of his role is staying close to Queensland’s subcontractor market, drawing on relationships and market intelligence to understand what’s happening with pricing and where changes could affect a project. He brings that knowledge into the estimating process, working through the numbers and options before construction begins.
Paul is also passing that experience on, mentoring the next generation of estimators within the Queensland team.
