A new era
The start of 2023 welcomed a new era for Mainbrace in QLD as we embarked on a new office fit-out to meet our growing needs. We had the pleasure of recently hosting some of our valued clients and consultants in the new office. It’s a modern, vibrant and fresh space on the Brisbane CBD fringe which was actually the former home of the Australian Federal Police. If only these walls could talk!
After a fast-tracked fit-out, we’ve now relocated and settled into our new home, with our thanks to Steve Boyter and Gareth Royal who led the project and worked tirelessly to help us settle in.
On the project front, we’ve been busy getting to work on some exciting new projects. Our Supermarket Refurbishments team has secured plenty of new work in recent times, positioning us well as we kick off the new financial year. Market Square Deception Bay is shaping up in its final stages of completion, see below for more information in our project spotlight.
Over the last 12 months, we delivered our first Woolworths Metro store in QLD, which was our 100th Metro store nationwide. It looked amazing and it’s one we’re particularly proud of.
Finally, in the logistics space, we’re undertaking the design and construction of a new 10,000 sqm facility in Stapylton to complement the Western Freight Management warehouse we’re currently delivering in western Brisbane.
