Projects moving, relationships continuing 

In Ballina, we’ve recently reached handover after a build that included around seven months of wet weather. Our team, subcontractors and the client worked through the tough conditions to bring the project to completion.  

Back in Hervey Bay 

We’re heading back to Hervey Bay, an area our team knows well, this time with Coles to deliver a new neighbourhood centre at Dundowran. Across the business this year we will have delivered 6 new Coles anchored neighborhood centers. This is the second heading into 2027. 

We’re also back with JMK Retail at Yamanto Central, where we completed our first project together in 2021. Five years later, we’re returning for Stage 2, with a new large format retail development now moving forward. 

New work taking shape 

At Ripley, the exciting extension to the current Town Centre is gearing up, while our work with Uniqlo has expanded into two projects recently completed in South East Queensland. They are our first two projects for the brand in Queensland.
