R U OK? Day, the national day of action when we remind Australians that every day is the day to ask, “R U OK?” if someone in your world seems to be acting different.

This year especially, given the challenges 2020 has brought to so many, we all need to stop and check in with our family, friends & colleagues. The key R U OK? message for 2020 is “THERE’S MORE TO SAY AFTER R U OK?”.

On this day we are encouraging our employees to grab a work mate to check in over a coffee & on site we are flying the flag in support for our MATES in Construction to raise mental health awareness.
